Michael R. Gilman
Mr. Gilman counsels clients with respect to mechanical devices and consumer products and services, with particular concentration on licensing, trademarks, patents, and litigating IP disputes in the federal courts and before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board of the U.S. PTO. Mr. Gilman has in-depth experience with the interface between IP and consumer products and services, and helping clients to position their products in the marketplace.
