Michael P. Kenney
Mr. Kenney holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and an MS in biomedical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Michael is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to his joining Kaplan Gilman & Pergament in 2009, Michael practiced as a patent attorney in several New York City firms, and focused on biotechnology and medical devices. Michael's present patent practice focuses on litigation, prosecution, licensing and transactional work in a broad range of technologies, and he has handled a variety of trademark and copyright matters as well.
