One such case resulted in a multimillion dollar verdict in favor of our client, and in another, our client was successful in achieving an early and favorable settlement after prevailing on a variety of pretrial motions. On several occasions our lawyers have obtained monetary sanctions for improper litigation tactics used against our clients.
As a result of our many years of litigation experience in New Jersey and New York federal courts, we have first hand knowledge of the practices of many of the presiding judges in these jurisdictions.
